Preview Day begins at 9:00 a.m. The day will cover information about the enrollment process, financial aid, scholarships, career programs, and transfer programs. After the welcome presentation, there will be a questions and answer session, as well as interactive workshops with department faculty. Pizza and drinks will be provided for lunch. Each senior will receive an official excused absence letter from the coordinators at the end of Preview Day. There are a limited number of spaces available, so please register quickly!
In order to apply, you MUST have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and be a U.S. citizen or provide proper documented residency status.

With their sponsorship, we are able to offer this course at a special price. This course is designed to help students prepare for the upcoming ACT test. All four subjects (English, Reading, Math and Science) are covered, and homework is given as well. All materials are supplied except pencils and calculators. Snacks are provided at break time. You will receive a confirmation email that includes information on how to access a Welcome Guide. Please start by reading the Welcome Guide and following the instructions. It contains login and password information (student and parent), six to eight hours of free ACT resources, additional math resources, and Rocket Reader. Rocket Reader is a special program that improves reading speed. Most students feel time is a major issue for the Reading and Science sections of the test. Rocket Reader is a tool that helps students complete the test in the time allotted. Students should start work with Rocket Reader as soon as possible and continue using it until the test date.
